Meet the Founder: Andrew Johnson
I’m Andrew Johnson, and I created Oracle Technology Solutions after more than a decade of working at the intersection of operations, technology, and mission. My path has blended hands-on operations, systems development, and nonprofit leadership:
- I began my healthcare career as a Support Staff Specialist in 2014, worked my way up to Patient Care Coordinator, and became an Office Manager by 2015. That experience taught me the real-world importance of reliability, documentation, and policy.
- I later transitioned into Health Information Technology, where I honed my skills in SQL, Crystal Reports, automation, and EHR workflows.
- Today, I serve as a Software Developer, building scalable, mission-aligned solutions for complex environments.
- Along the way, I also founded and led a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Unashamed Worship Ministries, gaining firsthand insight into the nonprofit sector’s unique needs, challenges, and funding realities.
Across each stage of my journey, one theme has been consistent: technology should support people—not slow them down.
